DESIGNING YOUR LIFE WORKSHOPS

Honest, energizing sessions that deepen trust between colleagues and expand how participants approach life, leadership, and work.
From incoming college students to CEO's, the question of "what do I want to do when I grow up" is as alive as ever.
Drawing on my years of teaching Stanford’s famous Designing Your Life course, these workshops use the power of community and the innovation principles of design to support thriving lives and careers.
I've been fortunate to lead life design programs across a wide range of organizations, languages, and cultures. Participants share that these sessions are impactful in helping them:
-
Connect more deeply with peers and colleagues
-
Recognize new possibilities for career growth and agency
-
Get unstuck and approach work and life challenges from new angles
-
Reframe balance, impact, and engagement mean to them
-
Make important decisions with confidence
-
Find greater coherence in work and life
In addition to teaching and course development, my work at the Stanford Life Design Lab included training 500+ university educators to adapt life design curricula to their unique contexts, and I now lead train-the-trainer and certification programs for facilitators and L&D professionals.
