DESIGN SPRINTS

Innovation and design sprints supporting strategy, problem-solving, and collaboration
Drawing on several years as an instructor in Stanford’s Design Program and dschool, I facilitate human-centered design sprints ranging from 1 hour to multiple days.
The approach we take is inherently collaborative and grounded in the real needs of your team or organization. Outcomes include:
-
Identify and clarify unmet needs - internal to your team or organization, or for your stakeholders, students, clients, or users.
-
More clearly define and scope the challenges most worth solving
-
Learn an approach to generating different and more novel ideas and solutions
-
Develop quick, low-cost prototypes in real-time to kickstart ongoing collaboration
-
Understand how to continue utilizing this creative and human-centered approach to collaboration moving forward
This approach is especially well-suited to complex, unique, and interconnected challenges, including people development, collaboration, problem-solving, and developing new products or programs. The format is best suited to onsites, offsites, and team or company retreats.
